WorkAb – Sponsorship Jobs (“WorkAb,” “we,” “our,” or “the App”) is a job discovery application designed to help users find job opportunities abroad, create a CV, and contact employers directly.
We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information is handled within the App.
1. What WorkAb Does
WorkAb allows users to:
- Browse and search for jobs abroad
- View job descriptions and requirements
- Find jobs that may offer visa sponsorship
- View available employer information
- Create a CV using the WorkAb CV Builder
- Contact employers directly using the employer’s provided email address
- Receive notifications about new job opportunities
WorkAb is a job discovery platform and is not an employment agency or immigration authority.
2. CV Builder
WorkAb provides a CV Builder to help users prepare a CV for job applications.
Information entered into the CV Builder may include your name, contact information, education, employment history, skills, languages, and other information you choose to include.
WorkAb does not save or store information entered into the CV Builder in our database.
The information is used only to generate your CV for your own use. WorkAb does not maintain a database containing users’ CV information.
You control where and with whom your CV is shared.
3. Contacting Employers
WorkAb displays employer contact information when available.
When you choose to apply for a job, the App may allow you to open your device’s email application using the employer’s email address.
Your application, CV, message, and other information are then sent directly by you to the employer through your email provider.
WorkAb does not receive, process, or store the contents of emails you send directly to employers.
Once information has been sent to an employer, the employer is responsible for how that information is processed and protected.
4. Job Search
Users can browse job opportunities published or displayed through WorkAb.
Job listings may contain information including:
Job title, employer, location, salary, contract duration, job requirements, visa sponsorship availability, accommodation availability, and employer contact information.
WorkAb does not guarantee that a user will receive employment, visa sponsorship, a work permit, relocation assistance, or visa approval.
5. Technical Information
WorkAb may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the App.
Depending on the services and technologies used by the App, this may include device information, operating system, app version, crash information, diagnostics, and similar technical information.
Any third-party analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or other SDKs used by WorkAb will be handled according to their applicable privacy requirements.
6. Notifications
With your permission, WorkAb may send notifications about new job opportunities and other relevant App updates.
Notifications can be disabled at any time through your device settings.
7. Subscriptions
WorkAb may offer premium subscriptions.
Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable platform. WorkAb does not receive or store your complete credit or debit card information for these transactions.
Subscription management, renewal, and cancellation are subject to the applicable app store’s terms.
8. Data Security
WorkAb uses reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through the App.
Because CV Builder information is not stored in the WorkAb database, WorkAb does not maintain a server-side database of users’ CV contents.
9. Third-Party Services
WorkAb may contain links or functionality that connects users with employers or third-party services.
When you leave WorkAb or send information directly to an employer, the recipient’s own privacy policy and data-handling practices apply.
10. Children’s Privacy
WorkAb is intended for individuals who are legally eligible to seek employment.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when WorkAb’s functionality, technology, or legal requirements change.
The latest version will display an updated revision date.
