- Residence permits
- Visa approval
- Relocation assistance
- Accommodation

The presence of a job listing on WorkAb does not mean that a user is automatically eligible for that position or for immigration authorization.
5. Visa Sponsorship Information
Some jobs may be identified as offering or potentially offering visa sponsorship.
This information is provided for job-search purposes and does not constitute a guarantee that an employer will sponsor a particular applicant.
Eligibility may depend on the employer, profession, applicant qualifications, nationality, destination country, immigration rules, and other factors.
Users are responsible for verifying sponsorship conditions with the employer and relevant authorities.
6. CV Builder
WorkAb provides a CV Builder that allows users to prepare a CV for job applications.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information they enter is accurate and lawful.
WorkAb does not store CV Builder information in its database.
The CV Builder is provided as a tool for users to create their own CV. Users control how and where their generated CV is saved and shared.
WorkAb is not responsible for incorrect information entered by users or for how a CV is subsequently used or shared.
7. Contacting Employers
Where available, WorkAb may display an employer’s email address or provide a function that opens the user’s email application.
When using this feature, the user contacts the employer directly.
WorkAb does not participate in the email conversation between the user and employer and does not control whether an employer responds.
Users are responsible for reviewing the recipient, content, attachments, and other information before sending an email.
8. Employer Verification and User Safety
Users should exercise reasonable care when communicating with employers or third parties.
Before providing sensitive documents, personal information, or making any payment, users should independently verify the identity and legitimacy of the recipient.
WorkAb does not authorize third parties to impersonate WorkAb or guarantee employment in exchange for unauthorized payments.
Suspicious job listings or employer activity may be reported through the available support channels.
9. Premium Subscriptions
WorkAb may offer free and paid features.
Premium features may include access to additional job information, employer information, contact details, job alerts, CV tools, or other features described within the App.
Available features and subscription options may change over time.

Where subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payments are processed by the applicable platform.

WorkAb does not directly control payment processing performed by Apple or Google.
11. Refunds
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are generally subject to the applicable platform’s payment and refund policies.
Users seeking a refund for an in-app subscription or purchase should follow the procedures provided by the platform through which the purchase was made.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Notifications
WorkAb may provide job alerts, service notifications, and, where permitted, promotional notifications.
Users may control push notifications through their device settings.
Disabling notifications does not necessarily affect other functionality of the App.
